During a prestigious evening gala for a discerning audience from the medical industry, I had the honor of sharing the stage with none other than Poland’s top-rated event host (according to every ranking—and my personal opinion), Marcin Prokop.
A media personality who needs no introduction, Marcin brought his effortless style, exceptional sense of humor, and spontaneous energy to the stage. This set the perfect tone for a creative twist on the script, allowing us to unleash linguistic and comedic creativity in playful, unscripted interactions.
Together, we gave our all to deliver world-class entertainment to both the Polish and English-speaking audience.
On June 4–5, I had the pleasure of moderating the European Lightweighting Network Conference in English. The event, hosted by the Łukasiewicz – Krakow Institute of Technology, brought together scientists and industry leaders to discuss the latest trends in lightweighting materials and technologies aimed at reducing emissions across various industrial sectors.
The 25th European Competition Day, the 35th anniversary of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK), and Poland’s Presidency of the EU Council came together in the form of a high-level conference attended by representatives of the European Commission, heads of antitrust authorities, the OECD, and other key stakeholders.
On Europe Day, the European Pride Business Network presented the WISE Role Models Awards – celebrating leaders in Workplace Inclusion for Sustainability in Europe. Inclusive workplaces not only drive higher revenue but also foster stronger teams. As they say: “Diversity is being invited to the party. Inclusion is being asked to dance.”
I had the pleasure of visiting Katowice to host the conference “Time for Change – How to Generate Innovative Ideas” at the unique Szyb Wilson venue. In this space where industrial heritage meets the future, we discussed transformation, innovation, and the power of EU funding. I also had the opportunity to moderate two inspiring panel discussions.

Hosting the gala of an industry organization that carries on the legacy of the Polish Road Congres, dating back to 1928, calls for a unique ability to blend tradition and interwar elegance with a modern, dynamic style of communication. The awards have been presented. Now I’m looking forward to the centennial!

As a bilingual moderator (Polish & English), I hosted the conference “Building the Future – How to Build Green and Responsibly in Poland and Norway”, held during BUDMA 2025 in Poznań. Across three panel discussions with Norwegian and Polish entrepreneurs and innovators, we explored key trends and innovations shaping the future of sustainable construction.

I had the honour of hosting The Polish-Japanese Economic Exchange Promotion & Networking Event in English, held in anticipation of World Expo 2025 in Osaka, Kansai. Co-organized by the Polish Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan and held under the patronage of the Ministry of Development and Technology, the event was a prime example of effective economic diplomacy- connecting people, ideas, and business potential between the two countries.

On the centenary of Władysław Reymont receiving the Nobel Prize in Literature for his novel The Peasants, I had the honor of providing consecutive interpretation during a meeting with the director of the film-painted adaptation of the story. Hugh Welchman, along with the cinematographers, shared insights into the making of this masterpiece at Kino Kultura.
For the animation, 120 painters created 40,000 oil paintings by hand, while an additional 40,000 frames were generated digitally.
The grand opening of the new Mercedes-Benz production facility for components called for a spectacular gala. It was an honor to once again collaborate with such a prestigious client, operating in the heart of the Aviation Valley in Jasionka.

The prestigious gala at Teatr Kwadrat honored Gold and Silver Medal recipients and celebrated PKN employees with 30 and 40 years of service. Set in this iconic comedy theater, the evening blended nostalgia and humor. It was an honor to host this event as part of PKN’s centenary celebrations.
This remarkable event was celebrated alongside representatives from 150 companies in the aluminum industry operating in markets served by Reynaers Central Europe. The gala welcomed over 350 guests, with the stage, photo frames, and bar elements crafted entirely from the host’s own aluminum profiles!
And what could top a ride through the production hall in a Melex—especially in stage-worthy heels? It was a true honor to host this unforgettable gala in English.
Providing consecutive interpretation from the stage is always a challenge. Diverse accents and speaking styles, unexpected topics and twists, and often no prior contact with the speaker are common hurdles. Yet, a professional consecutive interpreter always finds a way.
The ability to anticipate topics, conduct deep and versatile research at lightning speed, and leverage experience in public speaking and stage presence ensures success in any situation.

At this year’s TOGETAIR, I had the pleasure of hosting two debates, two special conversations, and around 20 expert interviews as part of the “hot seat” sessions. Discussions in the Business Connect Hall began with the debate “Large Corporations and Family Businesses – Opportunities and Challenges: Modern and Sustainable Organizational Cultures,” which I moderated in both Polish and English. On the second day, in the Climate Care Hall, I led the debate “Creator Responsibility – Education, Care, or Greenwashing?” with a panel of outstanding communication experts.
At TOGETAIR 2023, I moderated a debate on the current state and future of Poland’s nuclear industry, featuring distinguished experts and representatives from the scientific community. With nuclear projects playing a pivotal role in Poland’s energy transition and efforts to ensure energy security, the discussion highlighted the industry’s critical importance for the country’s sustainable future.
I occasionally return to my alma mater to share insights with students of Applied Linguistics, drawing on 12 years of experience in the translation and event industry. This time, as part of their translation practice, students explored the principles of diplomatic protocol in the work of a conference interpreter at the diplomatic level.
I had the pleasure of hosting a conference and debate organized by the “We See Differently” Foundation, focused on enhancing the accessibility of cultural venues for blind and visually impaired individuals. The debate brought together representatives from authorities and cultural institutions to discuss the best strategies for improving accessibility in architecturally challenging spaces.
During a two-day business session of the International Food Recruitment Alliance, with partners from Denmark, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy, the UK, and Poland, we redefined the association’s priorities, tested its mission, and tackled the biggest challenges facing individual partners.
The meeting was preceded by a thorough briefing and intensive 1:1 sessions with each partner to ensure a deep understanding of their needs and objectives.
I had the privilege of speaking with Natalia Partyka, Olympic and Paralympic champion in table tennis, about overcoming barriers and the strength that comes from sports. Natalia shared her personal rituals that help her stay balanced and fully focused during the most stressful match conditions.

In a world where nations and alliances are bolstering their defenses, the Veeam Unplugged conference taught us how to build bunkers—digital ones. It’s a multi-layered, never-ending process and a powerful reminder of how we should approach security.
The conference was packed with high-level IT insights and adrenaline-filled moments, including a realistic simulation of a terrorist attack staged by former GROM officers! Truly, hosting events like this is a job for those with nerves of steel!
